The CPH is the most extensive national data gathering field operation.

The Statistics Agency is a legislative organization formed by Statistics Act No. 13 of 2018. The Zambia Statistics Agency welcomed applications from adequately qualified individuals to fill temporary 2022 Census positions around the nation. According to Zamstats, only shortlisted applicants will be questioned to take an aptitude test, and only those who pass the test will be invited to train as Zonal Census Coordinators and Census Supervisors/Enumerators. ZamStats would like to notify all applicants who successfully applied for positions of Enumerator /Supervisor for the 2022 Census of Population and Housing and meet the minimum qualification but did not receive the SMS inviting them for aptitude test to take note of the following:

  1. Applicants should Report to the venues where aptitude tests will be conducted in their respective districts to undertake the tests;
  2. Applicants should show the SMS notification received informing them that their application was successfully completed;
  3. Applicants should bring with them their Green National Registration Card, original copies of certificates or Statement of Results and the results should be certified. Those without certified results should still be allowed to seat for aptitude tests but records should indicate that their results will be certified later by the office.
