Job Description
Coca-Cola Kwanza Ltd has an exciting opportunity in Manufacturing Department. We are looking for a talented individual with the relevant skills and experience in Site Team Leader – Utilities position, which will based in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will report directly to the Unit Manager Utilities & Processing.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for;
- supervising and controling site maintenance
- Upkeep services includes risk control, control of internal and external environmental building as well as grounds maintenance
- Develop the annual budget requirement for maintaining the building and site equipment.
- Determine the requirement for asset refurbishment or Capex replacement
- Advise the Unit Manager – Utilities & Processing on the budget requirement and identify the potential for cost saving.
- Arrange outsourced support and manage the procurement process to facilitate external services on Site environment.
- Identify PQCDSM opportunities and implementation
- Communicate benchmark shared learnings to team on building maintenance and site upkeep
- Ensure compliance to Permit to Work where required with Audit compliance
- Ensure identified safety hazards online are managed to closure (including people behaviours)
- Attend and report into SHE Meeting
- Manage and supervise contractor maintenance activities on site buildings.
- Ensure risk assessments are conducted for all site maintenance activities
- Facilitate the development and use of Supply Chain ways problem solving tools.
- Site 5S Performance Measurement and reporting
- Analyze water Usages and optimize energy usage across the site.
- Participate in team performance discussions on PQCDSM
- Review and Manage building R&M Spend
- Adherence and drive NOSA safety requirement across the site.
- Ensure Output site services meet Environmental, Municipal and legislative requirements.
- Ensure compliance to all Quality Systems standards such as ISO, HACCP, FSCC
Skills, Experience & Education
The incumbent should have at least a Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical. Chemical & Processing, Industrial); 3 – 5 years as maintenance controller, specialist in utilities area with production and leadership experience in a FMCG environment. Strong communication skills, good leadership qualities, good analytical skills, and a demonstrated high level of integrity.
