Sifa Za kujiunga Na Arusha Technical College 2022/2023 | Entry requirement Into Arusha Technical College ATC 2022/2023: Arusha Technical College was founded in 1978 by the governments of Tanzania and Germany, previously known as FRG-Federal Republic of Germany “West Germany,” as the Technical College Arusha (TCA). The College sits in Arusha’s Central Business District, which is the center of agriculture, business, trade, and tourism in Northern Tanzania.
The college is accredited by the National Council for Technical Education (NACTE) and awards awards to successful candidates in its engineering and engineering programs. The awards offered are regular diplomas i.e. National Technical Level (NTA) 4-6 and future Bachelor of Engineering Degree i.e. National Technical Level (NTA) 7-8.
Sifa Za kujiunga Na Arusha Technical College 2022/2023
- Qualified Applicants for Engineering Programmes should be a holder of the Certificate of Secondary Examination Education (CSEE) with a minimum of four (4) passes of “D” grades in Physics or Engineering Science, Mathematics, Chemistry and English.
- Applicants for Laboratory Sciences and Technology and Electrical and Biomedical Engineering programmes must have passed Biology in addition to the above requirement
- Applicants for the Computer Science programme must have a minimum of four (4) passes of “D” grade in any four subjects excluding Religious, Nutrition, and Needlework BUT one of them Should Be Mathematics.
- Information Technology must have a minimum of four (4) passes of “D” grade and above in any subjects excluding Religious, Nutrition, and Needlework
- A holder with a Basic Technician certificate qualification from ATC and Other Institutions recognized by NACTVET will be admitted into NTA level 5 (Technician Certificate) leading to Ordinary Diploma Award for two (2) years.
- Students with these qualifications should apply physically at online by submitting their certificates and approval letter from the pernicious Institution showing clearance and approval of NTA 4 results from NACTVET
