ABOUT NESA
National Examination and School Inspection Authority (NESA) is a government institution established in 2020 by Presidential Order No. 123/01 dated 10/15/2020 published in the Official Gazette No. 32 bis on 10/19/2020.
It was established under the supervision of the Ministry of Education, to be at the center by monitoring the implementation of rules and standards through school inspections and also managing comprehensive assessments from Level One (1) to Level (5) in TVET and Basic Education in line with the curriculum/ Competency-based training.
The primary mission of NESA is to ensure the quality of education in basic education, technical and vocational education and training (TVET) from level one (1) to level five (5) and to organize comprehensive student assessments and national examinations.
