Here Are The Names called for Interview at Momba District Council | Majina ya walioitwa kwenye interview wilaya ya Momba : In line with section 5(5) of the Local Government (District Authorities) Act, chapter 287 R.E. 2012, among other legislation pertaining to the formation of new districts, Momba District, one of the new districts, was formally constituted by the government in 2012. The United Republic of Tanzania’s Constitution and the Regional and District Establishment Act Chapter 397 of 2012 both apply to the district.
Following the division of Mbozi District with the intention of improving residents’ access to services, Momba District was officially established alongside 18 other districts following the announcement of Government (GN) No. 73 of 2012. The official certificate of establishment of Momba District and came into force was issued on December 23, 2012.
