Matric Results 2021 Online news24: The wait is almost over with the matric Class 2021, who will soon receive their exam results.
The Department of Basic Education announced this year that they would not make the matric results publicly under the Protection of Personal Information Act. This makes the results less accessible than previous years.
However, a recent hearing at the Pretoria High Court has deemed the matric results a public matter once again. The matriculants can still find their results published by various sources, and they will be able to collect them via their schools.
Results Release Dates
For government schools, matric results will be released on Thursday, 20 Jan 2022, and individual results on Friday, 21 Jan. The matric results for IEB schools will be announced on Wednesday, 19 janvier 2022.
All provinces will release the results the same day.
