Arusha Technical College was established in 1978 as the Technical College Arusha by the governments of Tanzania and Germany, previously known as FRG-Federal Republic of Germany “West Germany” (TCA).
The College is located in Arusha’s Central Commerce District, which is the regional hub for agriculture, business, trade, and tourism.
The National Council for Technical Education (NACTE) has accredited the college, and it gives rewards to outstanding applicants in its engineering and engineering programs.
Regular diplomas, i.e. National Technical Level (NTA) 4-6, and prospective Bachelor of Engineering Degrees, i.e. National Technical Level (NTA) 7-8, are available.
