Fees, as well as additional costs such as books and supplies, are the responsibility of the student and/or sponsor. These fees should be paid before classes begin by either a single payment or two installments at the beginning of each semester.
Failure to pay fees by the end of week two of the second semester will result in a $100,000/= Tshs penalty. All payments to the University must be made using the Control Number received from the Online Student Information Management System – (OSIM). No student will be permitted to carry a portion of the fee forward into the next academic year.
