Cap.287 Section 8 and 9. The head office of Buchosa District Council is located in Nyehunge town, the District Council has 1 Constituency known as Buchosa, 2 Divisions, 21 Wards, 82 Villages and 410 hamlets.
The Council covers an area of 6,657 square kilometers, out of which 81.9% is water of Lake Victoria and 19.1% is the dry land composed of mainland and 31 Islands and forest reserve. The Buchosa District Council has a population of 327,767 according to 2012 populations and housing Census, of which 163,796 are females and 163,971 are males. Buchosa District Council has 60,698 households; the average household size of Buchosa District Council is 5.4.

The Executive Director of the Buchosa District Council would like to inform the applicants who met the criteria to come to the interview that will be held on 28.07.2022 to 02.08.2022 at Nyehunge Secondary School starting at 3:00
The interviewees who are called for the interview should follow the following instructions:-
- Each interviewee should have an ID for identification, the required IDs are:- NIDA ID, Voter ID, Resident ID, Travel Document, Car License and a letter of identification from the Village/Street Government.
- The interviewees are required to arrive with ACTUAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION CERTIFICATES according to the applicant’s qualifications without forgetting the birth certificate.
- Interviewees who will present “Testimonial” provisional results, statement of results. Form IV and VI results slips will NOT be accepted and they will not be allowed to proceed with the interview.
- Each interviewee will pay for food, travel and accommodation.
- For applicants who studied outside of Tanzania, make sure their certificates have been checked and approved by the relevant authorities (TCU and NECTA).
