All Bandari College Certificate Courses 2022/2023: Bandari College (BC) is a technical training institution that was registered in 2004 with the National Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NACTVET) (formerly NACTE) with the registration number REG/EOS/018. In 2017, BC received full certification.

The College was established in 1980 to suit the needs of Tanzanian ports. It trains people for roles such as operational clerks, equipment operators, and operations supervisors. It also provides Engineering Vocational Education. It is estimated that the College trained more than 95% of the port and marine sub-workforce sector’s

BC is owned by Tanzania Ports Authority (TPA). Its origins may be traced back to the defunct East Africa Harbours Corporation, which had a subsidiary firm named East Africa Cargo Handling Services Ltd that provided port training in Tanga. Following the dissolution of the East African Community in 1977, the Tanzania Harbours Authority (THA) was founded as a public corporation under the Tanzania Harbours Authority Act, 1977.
